The most important factor is to wear your aligners for 21-22h daily. Your aligners can be conveniently removed when brushing or eating.

An initial consultation is required.  If you are under 21 years of age, you have to be accompanied by a parent/ legal guardian. A 3D scan is taken of your teeth, which will be used for treatment planning as well as printing of the aligners needed for your treatment. Another appointment will be arranged for aligner fitting. 

As with all treatments involving teeth movement, retainers are necessary to maintain the results. You will have to wear your retainers every night after the completion of your Invisalign treatment.
